We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Twenty Six People reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. All changes will come into effect when they are posted on this webpage.
Processing and shipment of orders is made within 3 to 5 working days of receipt of a customer order, with confirmed payment. Delivery dates provided are for guidance only, and shall not be binding.
Delivery is available worldwide and shall be conducted by the postal carrier chosen by Twenty Six People. Customers are offered a choice of standard or express shipping methods, the cost of which shall be paid for by the customer. This cost may depend on the order size, order value and delivery location. Current shipping costs can be viewed at our shipping page.
The delivery address provided at the time of order is definitive and may not be changed.
We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo and PayPal.
If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.
FURTHER INFORMATION FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company. Customers outside the United Kingdom will also be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
- The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Goods are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.
Customers are entitled to cancel their order at any time, without any reason required, by providing written notice (via email), within 14 days of order confirmation. If the goods have already been shipped or delivered, they must be returned to Twenty Six People, and will be treated as a return and not a cancellation.
The right to cancel an order does not exist for any goods which are produced to a customer's specifications or are tailored/personalised to the customer's individual needs.

In order to access some features of TwentySixPeople.com, you will need to create an account. You are not permitted to use any other user’s account without their express permission. When creating an account, the information provided must be both complete and accurate. If any of this information changes, users agree to update the information as soon as possible, using the 'Change Contact Details' function of the customer account at TwentySixPeople.com. If Twenty Six People suspects that any registration information is not complete, current, or accurate, or that any user has otherwise violated these terms and conditions, the account may be subject to suspension or termination and the user may be barred from using the Twenty Six People website.
All website users are responsible for all activity that occurs on their own account and all account passwords must be kept secure – customers must notify Twenty Six People of any unauthorised use of their password or account immediately. Passwords can be changed at any time by using the ‘Change Password’ function within the customer account at TwentySixPeople.com.
By registering and creating an account with Twenty Six People, users confirm that they are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not barred by any laws from using the Twenty Six People website.
