Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We promise to refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition by post within 28 days of receipt. To obtain a refund or exchange please use our Contact Us page with your query and order number. Our customer service team will review your request and email you to request any further information or to issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number.

We would advise a recorded-delivery service when returning your order and obtain a proof of postage receipt.

Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email notification of this. Please note this process can take up to five working days.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are happy to complete an exchange on a product and where there is a price difference, refund where necessary or arrange a further payment for a higher priced item. If you provide the details of the item you would like including the product type, colour, size and design.
